INFORMATION RESOURCES
Information Processing has two main components: 1) Information Resources (data) and 2) Processing Programs (Code). In Information Technology (IT), all Resources are represented as Information Resources. When Information Resources are processed by IT applications, they are often referred to as Application Resources.

INTEGRATION
a computing environment component and application optimization process designed to assemble these parts into an efficient whole.

INTERFACE
a set of communication process and practices built on and around a standard protocol.

INVOICING
invoicing is the process of computing and preparing invoices according to sales, projects, and contracts, for a given period; in a multi-organization portal and context, invoicing can be produced for more than one organization and security requirements are more sophisticated.
